You’ve tried going to the spa, working out, retail therapy, or drinks with girlfriends.

You've maybe given the latest diet trend or weight loss program a shot too. (Isn’t that what we all believe? If we could just lose 10 pounds, everything would be great?) None of those activities create a sustainable foundation of self care. They focus mainly on the outside: How you look, perform, or relate to others.


That's not where the real YOU resides. YOU are on the inside.


We’re never taught that inner self care matters! Or what that even means. That's why I created the (Inner) Self Care coaching program! It shows you the system and steps I've used to align my life with what matters most. These principles turn up time and time again in books and articles about happiness, flow, and creativity. This works. Period.





By creating a foundation of inner self care, you’ll always have a clear path to replenish your energy and maintain a clear connection to your inner voice, creativity, and your dreams. That’s what makes a life an incredible, meaningful experience.

When you sign up for (Inner) Self Care, you begin a journey toward your best self.

It's not about making you "better" because you are perfectly imperfect already. (We all are.) This course is about eliminating the distractions and energy drains that keep you from your best and most important passions.





The world needs you to be alive and engaged in what matters most to you. That’s when greatness happens! Your family needs you to be at your best, because it gives them the permission and a wonderful model to be their best too. Don't rely on external fixes anymore! Make the commitment to your (inner) self and everything else is icing on the red velvet cake!





FAQs

Isn't self care being selfish?

When you value yourself for simply BEING and you take exceptional care of that being, you teach people how to treat you AND how to treat themselves. That's not selfish. That's a basic foundation of personal care that's necessary to be your best. Change starts with you. Your self care also teaches everyone around you to value themselves for who they are. Do you have kids? Especially daughters? Then you need to know how to value yourself and care for your self at a foundational level so you can teach it to your children. Foundational self care lifts everyone.


"This sounds great, but it's not the right time!"

It's never the right time, and it's always the right time. When you're learning to make positive changes, the sooner the better so you can start making progress. It's like in yoga when people say they're not flexible, so they can't practice. Like they will magically get flexible and then try yoga. <insert wide eyed emoji here!> That's not how it works. Embark on the journey, and you will have the principles to come back to when you need to recenter.


What if I don't like the program?

If you feel like you haven't learned anything or benefited from the program, then I'll refund your money completely. You will need to turn in the completed exercises, so I know you've done your part to use the material and apply it to your life. This program is not a quick fix and it does require time, honesty, and attention on your part. I cannot guarantee results because that is completely dependent on how much effort and engagement you give. The more you put in, the more you results you will see.


Things are good in my life. I don't really need this.

True, you don't need this. Everyone of us can get by and live a good life without doing this introspective work. And that's just fine. However, if you'd like life to be MORE THAN FINE, if you want it to feel like you're making a difference and living your BEST life, then this program will show you how to tap into that space. Nobody needs exceptional self care to survive. You need it to thrive!

I believe that you have something inside that can change the world. We all have a unique creative contribution that we're here to offer the world. But sometimes that gets buried under 'real life' or 'responsibility'. One of my strengths is seeing how the big picture impacts your day to day life, and helping you navigate through without struggle. It all starts with exceptional self care from the inside out.


My work is fueled by my background in Sociology, gender studies, and organizations, PLUS my own experience finding my voice and following my strengths. I truly believe if we take exceptional care of ourselves - value ourselves for what's inside - it's possible to change the world. Being the change you want to see starts with how you treat yourself everyday.


I'm also a yoga teacher, 200RYT with Yoga Alliance, which impacts everything I do. My style of yoga is a slower flow with lots of alignment cues and modifications to make it accessible. I think of it as sneaky strong: You won't be dripping in sweat, but you'll be surprised at what your body can do. Even if you're not 100% sold on yoga, it's proven that physical movement greatly impacts your mental wellbeing. You simply feel better when you move and yoga teaches you how to move well in your body and mind better than anything I've experienced!
